Advanced Data Export .NET is a package, a component suite for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET. As such, the current toolkit contains a variety of different tools, all for processing data in customized ways and exporting information in different formats.
This suite includes multiple instruments and mainly addresses several user needs, such as data viewing, modifications, sorting, or printing.
Each tool has a similar layout and a simplistic interface, and, overall, you have multiple file formats supported by this complex software solution (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, RTF, PDF, TXT, DBF, CSV, SYLK, DIF, LaTeX, and SQL).
The dedicated programs/components installed in your system by Advanced Data Export .NET correspond to the type of files you are trying to convert and export; these small apps are — QExportXLS, QExportRTF, QExportHTML, QExportPDF, QExportXML, QExportSQL, QExportDBF, QExportTXT, QExportLaTeX, QExportClipboard, and QExportAccess (for Microsoft Access).
A nice thing, besides parameter configuration, header, footer, and field manipulation, or hyperlink, chart, cell, and other traits customization, is the class distribution and arrangement of each type of data commonly found in your content.
As such, each small application contained in this package will create an inventory of and will classify the pieces of content from each document in hierarchical structures, such as notes, charts, cells, merged cells, hyperlinks, etc.
All in all, Advanced Data Export .NET is a useful suite for all developers and users who work with Visual Studio and want to export their content. Additionally, the toolkit's powerful components and their properties make this software solution both comfortable and interactive for anyone who uses it.
Advanced Data Export.NET has three applications included: QExportHTML, QExportXLS, and QExportRTF.
QExportHTML is the first component of the software suite, and it incorporates several utilities from the Base.NET Suite.
QExportXLS is our QExportXLS component that implements the functionality of Excel xls, xlsm, xlsb, and xlt mime type files, which is very important to those who work with it.
QExportRTF is the last component of this software suite because it implements a rich Windows clipboard manager that exports your files to the clipboard, or even prints the document to the standard printer.
Web Services Explorer runs inside Visual Studio. It automatically detects web projects in your solution and will add a project to your project list which includes an Export node.
If you right click on the Export node and select the functionality you want to export you can switch to the Programmability Explorer, click on the function called ExportDocument and select your targets.
Alternatively, you can right click on the desired web project (which contains the page) and select Export as HTML. You will see the ExportDocument function in the Start Menu.

QExportAccess (Microsoft Access)
QExportXLS Full Description:
QExportXLS Full is a free tool for.NET developers that enables you to export data to Microsoft Excel. A quick explanation of the general procedure of this.NET program: you write/create your Excel file in any way you choose, call the provided tool for exporting, set the desired parameters, and you can save your work or run the program directly from the VSTO shell. After saving your modified Excel file, if the user has access to his office files, he can open it right away; otherwise, he must wait until the file has been generated on the user’s computer and downloaded to the one that opens it. If you have been using an existing Excel file, and you are authorized to open it, you can open it by clicking the file extension. If this is the case, the program will display a dialogue box, asking you if you want to open a replacement Excel file or leave the existing document, if it is possible to open it automatically. On the other hand, if you have not installed this particular solution (and it is not in the list of applications installed in the Program Files system), you will not be able to open it directly from the VSTO shell. In that case, you must go to this website and download the software there. Once you have this tool installed, you can find it in the Tools tab of your VSTO shell.
QExportXLS Full Commands:
QExportXLS Full presents you the following commands. If you ever type one of these commands, you will be asked to input some parameters. These parameters will allow you to create your excel file, as well as show the output formats (excel, TXT, etc.) and the options
This suite comes with various components, one of which is Advanced Data Export.NET.
This application consists of many different instruments that have similar interfaces, so the work done in one of them can be applied to the rest.
Basically, this package comprises 5 main tabs, and you can choose between 4 data formats, as well as from MS Access or Excel.
Besides, the presence of a Web server makes it possible to control the program remotely, regardless of whether you have Microsoft Access, Excel, or any other type of file to export.
Advanced Data Export.NET Supports Multiple File Formats:
As previously mentioned, this program consists of several main tabs, such as Data Export, Web Interface, Web Server, Export Contacts, and Optimizer.
The tool has a download and installation button under this menu.
What’s more, this component consists of 4 frames, as well as a help menu that has a list of key items.
Finally, when you are sure that the installation of this program has been done successfully, you can open this window to select the format of data you are trying to export.
Among the available formats, you have: MS Access, Excel, RTF, HTML, PDF, CSV, TXT, SQL, DBF, SYLK, DIF, LaTeX, and Clipboard.
Advanced Data Export.NET has an XML preview. It can be optionally set to show a preview of the exported files at the end of the conversion.
When using this option, you will see a list of all the data included in the export.
Also, the preview will help you to detect errors, out-of-range values, and the presence of duplicate elements.
It is possible to customize the exported XML file and save it to an alternative location if there is any reason to do so.
You can choose between this option or it is possible to download the content in the original format to a different location.
Advanced Data Export.NET also supports multiple data export sources.
In this version of the software, you will find tools that will allow you to export data from other main components, such as:
· Microsoft Access
· MS Access
Additionally, all the files from these exports can be saved, copied, or printed by using the options provided.
